Sup all! Many of us have been faced with falling off the healthy wagon. What are you doing to hop back on in the 1st week!?

I woke up this morning and had a breakfast sandwich! Gonna do an hour of the elipticle 4 days this week. 3 days of heavy bag work. 1 day of yard work!1

I not only fell off the wagon but the wagon sped off a cliff and exploded. What I'm doing now is just being more mindful of being active and watching what I eat.0
