I have a knee injury so treadmill is out - what to do?!

Hi. I started at 358 lbs and am down 59 lbs since Apr/May. 5wks ago I started having knee pain. Doc said iulled hamstring, but its worse and now I'm on crutches, pending MRI results. Suggestions re exercising?

Swimming is excellent and takes the pressure off the knee, also if you go to the gym, they have elipticals that have a seat in them to take the pressure off the knees so it isolates your upper thigh and butt to making them move, a hellava workout but doesn't hurt the knees. You might also check into Pilates, it works your body without the pressure on the knees, you would work around that.
