Reflections this past week

I lost 2.7 pounds this week surpassing my 5-pound goal of 295. Today I weigh 293.6. My new 5-pound goal will be 288. Towards the end of the week, I began swapping my higher calorie snacks with vegetables. Thanks to those who sent me ideas of your favorite veggie snacks. Moving my way down 5 pounds at a time. Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the mothers out there!
