So I am currently newly on the list for bariatric surgery. I had my first appointment yesterday, after gaining 200 lbs over the last 10 years. I was on here diligently back then and managed to lose 165 lbs by changing my eating habits and exercising daily. I am now up to 368 lbs. I am pre-diabetic, high blood pressure, a melanoma patient, congestive heart failure, had 1 total knee replacement and currently needing the other knee done but my surgeon says I’m too heavy for the surgery now. My nutritionist yesterday highly recommended I get back on here for accountability, and to keep track and take a hard look at what I’m eating. So this is one of the goals she gave me for starters.
Any tips, suggestions, words of encouragement, people in the same boat, etc., welcomed!

I should also add that I am 54 years old and a proud Mimi to 3 beautiful grandchildren, one of which I’ve had custody of since he was born (he’s 7 now).1
