What to eat when you don't like anything

Any tips on doing low carb(the lower the better) when I don't eat meat, dairy or processed foods.
I'm trying to be as clean as possible and also do low carb. I'm a carboholic big time!!!! Any meal ideas?? I do a lot of vegetable stews, but idk what else

You can do lots, use cauliflower and turnips as a substitute for pastas/rice/potatoes. Use mushrooms for a meaty substitute.

There are what are called good carbs and bad. You don't have to cut all carbs out of your diet just the bad one's anything white. I eat a piece of whole grain toast with breakfast most days and I eat quinoa, brown rice or quinoa pasta everyday for lunch. I then usually eat a salad for dinner.

If you are a bigger supper eater than you could switch the lunch and dinner and have the pasta, rice or quinoa for dinner and the salad for lunch.

Nuts are a good choice too as is greek yogurt.

    Thanks.
I've been googling recipes and ideas.
I want to try to limit my carbs to only coming from fruit and veggies

It sounds like you can eat eggs, tofu, non-dairy protein powders, non-starchy vegetables, and fats. Nuts, fruits and legumes contain carbs. How about avocado in omelettes, and marinated baked tofu with your veggies?

Edit: oops, tofu is processed, but it is a good protein source, and lower in carbs than eating beans. Smoothies get repetitive, but if your protein powder tastes okay by itself, you can make protein powder pancakes. Creamy soups can be made with tofu instead of dairy - it's great with winter squash soups (squash isn't low carb but it's lower than potatoes).
