Hi! I'm back. Been on this site on and off for years. I've lost almost 20lbs over the years. I still have a LOT of weight to lose. I've got a 36-day streak going on. Deleted out all my foods from my diary so I can have a fresh start. Trying desperately to eat less and move more. But I'm stuck and have been for a few weeks now. Around 227. Just can't get the scale to move. Anyway, I'm back and hopeful. I know it took years to put on the weight and it is better to lose a little at a time but it feels like I can't even do that. What has worked for you?
