Workout routine

Whats everyone's routine, what equipment do you use and favour.
I use kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.
Get up early to get it done before any food 6 days a week and really have to force myself to take a day off 🤣

I lift, full body routine, with bars and plates. If I don't have access to the gym, I switch to dumbbells at home. I usually do my cardio first thing in the morning. My work schedule will be changing in a couple weeks, so my workouts may change as well.0

Not much of a worker outer. I lift 2x per week with a pretty basic full body program and usually do 2x per week of interval workouts on my bike for 30-45 minutes. Other than that, I just like to go out and play. I walk my dog pretty much every morning for about a 2.5 mile loop through the neighborhood. I also enjoy cycling and try to get out for a fun ride either on my road bike or mountain bike on the weekends. Hiking...swimming...scooting around the skate park with my kids, etc...0

Spin bike 3-4 morning a week, plus a basic upper/full body moderate weight routine (kettle bell deadlifts, curls, military press, rows). Plus like above I walk my dogs about 2 miles a day.
My goal right now is to lose weight while maintaining strength, and decrease my resting heart rate. I have settled into this routine that is very doable for me - will see how it works out the next few weeks.0
