Morning,
If I get 10k steps a day and no other exercise, does anyone know what activity level MFP would class that as please?
Thank you

I am surprised how few people don't routinely get 10,000 steps in per day. Most don't so that is definitely considered active.0

If you work at a desk all day, it can be difficult to get to that number without some effort. I know I have to take purposeful walks on my work breaks to get anywhere near that number.5 -
I work at a desk all day too. I must have ants in my pants the rest of the day, I guess.0

Same here -- if I don't intentionally move and don't have errands, I think my default would be about 3,000 steps (I currently work from home and live in a small apartment).3 -
Thank you all.
I work at a desk 3 days a week and walk to and from work so average 10-12k on those days.
Depends what I do on the other day, sometimes east, sometime not.0 -

Lots of stairs, lots of kids, lots of stuff that wanders off to wrong places and has to be put back.3
