    Plug your stats into MFP and it will give you your daily calorie goal. No one here can answer your question without that information. For some people it isn't safe to lose 2 lbs a week.

    This, and also re-read the replies to your other posts. You need to pick a reasonable calorie goal and then stick with it for a few weeks to assess your progress.

    Yes OP. You've already gotten this information. Your daily goal is around 1400 cals a day + exercise (if you do some). You need patience and time to lose weight. As mentioned you can up your calories and still lose. Also be careful with cheat days. They can sabotage weight loss. Good luck and re-read your other posts, a lot of good information.
