Hello all. Looking for diet plan to lower cholesterol and feel better. Want to incorporate smoothies in diet. Would love to find a dance app. Don't like exercise but love to dance.

Not sure if there's an app but the Fitness Marshall is on YouTube. He's quite fun and silly but it really depends on what type of dancing style you like.
As to nutrition, you may want to check in with a nutritionist.1
