Tracking steps?

Hi all, I’m new to tracking my exercise in MFP. If I connect my Fitbit to MFP to track steps, do I also manually enter strength training days? And should I say that I’m sedentary as it’s adding on my steps? Thanks 😊

If you have your Fitbit synced, MFP will use Fitbit's total daily calorie burn to give you a calore adjustment compared to your activity level in MFP. So you can choose whatever activity level you like, the end result will be the same, it's just the number of the adjustment that will vary (on condition of having allowed negative calorie adjustments).
If your strength training is logged by your Fitbit, you don't need to enter it on MFP, it will be included in your total calorie burn sent over by Fitbit. (You won't see the actual exercise sessions in your MFP diary, but they are included in the calorie adjustment)1 -
That’s the info I was looking for! Thanks a bunch!0
