Started about 5 weeks ago after having the app for years and not using it not realising how easy it was to stay on track. Hopefully I can stay focused as 8lb lost up to now.

Great job! It is easy, so easy our brains have a hard time wrapping around it, after years of “diet conditioning”.
Can I recommend the NSV thread for those periods it’s not as easy? I’ve read this thing from page one. It was super motivating. “I want that NSV, too!”
