Are you aiming for weight loss/ maintenance or gain?
The calorie goal you are given is based on the stats you have entered (Gender, Height, Weight) and your chosen rate of loss, gain or if you intend to maintain.
Calorie dense foods are an easy way of reaching a calorie goal without increasing volume of food.
Think oils, nuts, seeds, full fat dairy, etc.0 -
