I am totally new here. Attempted multiple times to diet but did not had the drive and fire in me that I have today. Hope to meet new people that share the same drive to change!

    Yea for sure! I read on your introduction that you are doing a calorie deficit diet, what are daily calories goal? My workout plan is a 4 days split with 2-3 miles walk every day. This is my second day so we'll see how it goes! Already lost 1.4 lbs from yesterday (big progress haha)
