Here we go again, here's to falling off the wagon to many times to count. Covid brought on a few more pounds and I really am hating how I look and feel. I just managed to quit smoking (1.5 weeks as a non smoker) so now it is time to clean up another habit, namely my over eating. I am determined to stick with this for 10 days. No silly restrictions, no real diet, just focusing on a calorie deficit everyday and tracking everything I eat.
SW: 73 kg
5/22 73 kg today is start day. Already entered my food for today. If I eat on plan it will leave me with a 200 calorie deficit and that is without any exercise.
