I'm Back!

Hi All, I'm back! I was actively on MFP from 2015 - 2018 and lost about 40 pounds. I continued to practice what I learned here and was very physically active until this past Winter... I'm not sure what happened, but all hell broke loose. I didn't regain all of my weight, but enough so that I am having issues with clothes fitting. So, here I am. I have been tracking everyday for about a week and am already starting to see some improvement. Anyone in the same boat?
