Gettin' it done!

Hi y'all! I'm new on here also. Tracking food and eating too much sugary goodness is my downfall. I've started on my 3rd month with Arbonne's 30 day challenge. I should say I'm about 80/20 on it. It has you giving up dairy, which never would I think how much better my gut feels cutting out so much cheese! I'm still doing butter and some sour cream, but I used to eat a lot of cheese. I'm down 21 pounds, but still have a problem with sugar. Ha ha. I'm loving the smoothies every morning, it helps me get my veggies in early!! Luckily I actually love my workout classes so I guess that helps break even my sugar (even though I know you can't out work your diet)
