Have been going back and forth. Having good eating days and bad days. Met a friend on the train this morning who hasn’t seen me in many months. She commented on how much weight I had gained. 20 lbs I told her. I appreciate friends who are honest. I decided I’m going to get back on track. Sometimes a nudge helps. I want to do it so I feel better about myself, and also to take care of my health as i get older. I thank my friend who pointed out what was obvious but somehow I haven’t been able to get on track.

It's a brutal truth but personally I'd rather take my medicine all at once as it helps me accept and move past ruts. I realize everyone accepts things differently though.1
