I have cut back to a frappucino light which has decent calories but still the sugar is too high for my diet. Any suggestions for there or a good replacement at home???

I normally have coffee
with fresh milk
without milk + 1 tea spoon of sugar0 -
Cold coffee blended with frozen milk cubes, or blended with milk and ice cubes. You can add some spenda or the sugar free flavored syrups for a kick.
You might even be able to toss in a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost of protein. Chocolate powder for a mocha flavored frap?0 -
I really enjoy vanilla soy milk in my coffee. It gives it a very nice flavor and sweetness, without a dreadful amount of calories.0

Thanks, I will try that. My Starbucks frappe is usually about 130 calories but the sugar is really high0
