how to change percentages to grams

Hello. I am trying to change my iron and calcium displays to grams instead of percentage. Anyone know how to do this?
All the other categories seem to allow this.

    Your question implies you are able to switch between grams and percentages for other nutrients. I'm unaware that it can be done for any nutrients, as measurement units for nutrients are preset -- users can't choose between mass and percentages when they create a database entry . Can you explain how you have switched for those other nutrients?
