Changed up my diet...

....and lost 7lbs this week!

Now, I know some of it will be water weight but I am still shocked!

I was always scared of upping my calories and exercised to the point of burning 4000 calories a week. I even started putting on weight - not the right idea

So, last Monday, I started something different! I upped my calories from 1250 to 1400 and lowered my exercise to 150-170 mins of intense cardio per week and 5 strength sessions and started the week at 149.2lbs - nowhere near my ideal!

This morning, feeling quite good, I get on the scales for my weekly weigh in and had to get on them 3 times....142.4!!!!

Just proves the eat more calories theory and thought I'd share!

    ...And in before the eat less crowd jumps in to do battle with the eat more crowd.
