Time to get to goal!

So last year I went from 16st 11lbs to 10st 4lbs mostly using Exante.

I stopped that in November when I was ill and never really got back to it, the bad eating habits crept back in and I am now back up to 12st 2lbs.

Not as bad as it could be but I still need to reign this in and start making better food choices.

I'm booked in for a Fleur De Lis Abdominal surgery on 13th August so time is a ticking to get this weight off.

I was initially booked in for December then again in January but it all got cancelled due to COVID.

I do have a rather large overhang which just won't budge at all and also due to Diastasis Recti I am limited to what exercises I can do.

Anyhoo I'll try to post on here regularly mainly to keep myself accountable.

    Hi, Dolly, and welcome!

    Good job not letting a bit of regain turn into total regain. You can lose those pounds, I'm betting, and more if needed to get ready for your surgery.
