Hello!
I am finally getting back into going to the gym and eating healthy. I have been on a roll for a week now!!
I constantly go back and forth with eating healthy and being excited to work out to being completely unmotivated. I am hoping to stay on track. Would love to talk to some people who are in the same boat to keep each other on track!!
Also, if you have any tips on how to stay motivated, all are appreciated.

Same happens to me. Hoping it sticks this time. Been doing good for a week, but the weekends are the hardest part for me. Let's keep eachother on track 🙌🙌1
