Hello everyone. My name is Dareld, I am 50 in September. I am currently training for my first power lifting meet in September. Hisotry for me is I have been working out for about 3 1/2 to 4 years now, last 2 serious effort. I have a bad lower back, and very tight hips so I have struggles. I am hoping to meet all my goals for my meet.
