Small challenge

I am looking for a challenge starting in June that's not too complicated but will help with getting and staying motivated. My goal is to lose 5 to 10 pounds by the end of June.

    Count me in please. I need to lose 10lb. And exercise daily.
    Starting weight 163 lb
    Goal weight. 145 lb
    Current weight 154.2
