    I too am getting friends requests daily (used to get 1 every 3 months), and not sure why. Not the point, sorry 😁. What I was trying to say is that apparently old(er) profiles here show messages sent with requests, but new profiles’ messages are not visible to the receiver.

    My numbers are good, so I'm assuming this gain is cycle-related water weight (seems to occur pretty regularly!) In the past that's meant a good whoosh for the next week so here's hoping!

    I keep a pretty rigid schedule, no added salt or sugar, mostly wholefood vegan (well totally vegan, just not totally wholefood), try to be consistent with exercise, never ever eat more than my allotted amount. I live by myself so there's nobody buying chips or sweets to derail me, haha! Thanks for your kind comment! I am probably afraid that if I cut myself some slack I'll get completely derailed.
