I'm not sure what a concession stand is - but anyway these are the sort of things you have to estimate.
What I would do is look in the data base for a reliable entry for a similar bought hamburger from somewhere else and use that - Burger King and the like all have such available on line3 -

Well, in the US, at ballparks, more like
But OP, paperpudding has it right: Just estimate based on similar food from chain restaurants, that'll be close enough.4 -
Ask them if they have a sheet with nutritional info on the items they sell.
Then, while they give you either an irritated or confused look, just order your food. Guesstimate the best you can regarding size and such from a chain or other place you've eaten at in the past.
And remember..... it doesn't have to be exact. If you give it a reasonable effort, it will average out over time. More than anything it's the habit and the reminder (as in why would I get a giant order of fries when a regular will do) that help you along the most.5 -
I’m the dork who goes to the concession stand and asks for the burger, make it a double, no bun, no cheese, extra veggies……and boom, it’s a salad 😂
But seriously, most of the time they are using cheap 70/30 frozen patties. That will come up in an MFP search. Then search a cheap bun, the sliced cheese, condiments, etc. You can do it all individually and be pretty accurate.8 -
A bun has 120 calories. A slice of cheese 90 calories. A burger 3 calories per gran estimate a 3 ounce burger 240 calories. subtotal without sauce 450. Pickle onion 0 calories. Ketchup 30. Special mayo based sauce 100. Grand total with the works 600 calories.3
