Help! Any iFit users here?

I got a treadmill with iFit on it. I turn it on the first workout and it was crazy. Any recommendations for someone who can barely walk down a hallway are appreciated.

    I use the iFit app for my exercise bike. Im not sure how it is on a treadmill. But are you able to search for a workout and filter the search? On the app you can pick intensity and duration and also sort your results from easiest to hardest.
