    I can't eat Salmon as i'm allergic to seafood so I eat chicken most of the time. Turkey is more expensive then chicken where I live.

    Salmon is my favorite, but too expensive to eat all the time. I eat a lot of baked chicken! Fortunately, I found a really yummy recipe months ago that makes the best chicken I've ever made. It's easy and comes out perfect every time.

    Chicken breast by far. Eat it almost everyday. I personally don't like the taste if salmon. I eat a mild fish called basa, it tastes great and is only 60 calories for a 100g filet. Turkey is just too dry for me to enjoy.
