Hi everyone, I have been following the app for 6 days now and very pleased with how easy it is - my daughter recommended it. I have only gone over my calories one day when I over-indulged in white wine ... argh but I am back on track now and also joined a local gym. I started to feel like a lump and it was getting me down so my motivation is to look better for my daughter's wedding next year and also to feel better about myself. How is everyone find it? Bit shocked at my very low consumption of iron (I do not eat red meat).. any tips on improving that? Cheers and good luck whatever your aims are x

Spinach is high in iron, just ask popeye
Personally I supplement with an slow realise iron tablet once a day, covers all my needs1
