How much exercise is too much?

I just finished an approximately 100 minutes walk. Actually I was busy last week so I had to skip my exercise a couple of times. I Am 80 kgs and really wanna get in my 70s. If I keep exercising like this will it be harmful? I have been eating moderately and I thought some longer workouts will help me reach my goals faster. Advice??

100 minutes of walking is about what I do every day - for years.

As long as you aren't sore or fatigued, I would say go for it.

Just eat to fuel it and you'll be fine.

0 - 100 minutes would be too much.

But if this is your normal workout and you're not sore or excessively fatigued, you're fine.

100 minutes of walking isn't even close to over training anything. Though I could make the argument for 60 minutes of walking and doing 40-45 minutes of some kind of resistance training or spending some time a few days per week with some more strenuous exercise.

I walk my dog pretty much everyday about 2 miles. I do resistance training 2x per week full body and I'm usually on my bike 3-4x per week with a couple of those being higher intensity interval sessions and a couple of those just being a trail or road ride.
