I'm looking for the ultimate protein powder! What is your favorite brand & flavor, and what do you like to mix it with??

    So far I've heard of the following brands:

    Nectar Syntrax
    Syntha 6
    EVOX Advanced Nutrition

    Any others?

    Optimum nutrition is popular, I don't like the artificial sweeteners in them though.

    I buy teras whey, just because it's convenient where I shop. Not the cheapest though...

    Trutein Cinnabun is amazing. I make protein cheesecake out of it. For a cheaper powder, I enjoy the Muscle Milk Brownie batter.

    Ive been a die hard Designer Whey- Gourmet chocolate fan for years, recently tried Cellucor COR-whey in Cinnamon Swirl, SO GOOD.

    What makes you think there is a singluar "best"?

    Is there 1 best anything when you're talking about health/fitness? A best lift? A best workout? A best food?


    But to your question, I like optimum nutrition stuff. Locally available, cheap (relatively speaking), tastes good, dissolves well, and with a variety of products there's always something that meets my needs (simple whey, blend, etc etc).
