Hello I'm Taz and I'm new here. My plan is to loose weight and keep it off. I would like to exercise more than I do for health reasons. My biggest thing is motivation. I work the overnight shift from 9pm-5:30am. I sleep the majority part of the day away so me trying to find a diet and sticking to it is kind of hard. If anyone has any suggestions I'm open to hear. Thanks wish me luck and good luck to all who reads this.
