what am I doing wrong?

my macronutrient remaining shows:
-3g carbs (I'm past 3g)
-1g fat (I'm past 1g)
1g protein (missing 1g)

my calories show:
-107 calories (I'm 107 calories past my goal)

why am I so over my goal? shouldn't it be -17 calories remaining in total?

I'm trying to post screenshot but this app is not letting me

    Yoir first and biggest mistake is taking the numbers that MFP gives you literally.

    Use them as a GUIDE.

    The numbers are "accurate" once you have months / years of using them on YOURSELF.

    Other option : you've perhaps consumed an alcoholic drink? Alcohol has calories, but isn't a carb, fat or protein.
