I’m a thin person my weight is 118 pounds I’m 5’9 and have 35 hips with a 23 waist. I am not here to loose weight! I am here to share with you fabulous people (mostly ladies) some things. I know the difficulties of loosing weight most of all how I watch my friends starve themselves or talk about how they need to loose. So here you go, my first post on some tips.

1. Buy the size jeans you want to fit into as your goal try them on every 2 weeks feel a difference and put a smile on your face.

2. Don’t just start a whole new day of tracking calories look back at the day before and in your head circle your mistakes and fix them the next day make a mental note to correct what went wrong the day before.

3. When your sitting make a little effort on the couch every movement counts. Move your arms, legs squeeze that tushy!

4. I’m french I stop eating when I am full and really listen to my stomach if your not hungry don’t eat. You hear this everywhere but take your time eating have a bite then a pinch of water or invite a friend chat a little then go back to your plate.

5. Buy the wii fit, my friends and I are not people who like to sweat it out at the gym in front of everyone and wait in line to use the machines. The wii fit you can do right at home every morning and night when you want! Do it naked, in sweats, in your business clothes, in heels, sneakers or barefoot! No one is going to see unless you have no curtains and you have neighbors who like to spy on you.

6. Are you a coffee lover? A Starbuck’s lover to be exact? Tade whole milk in for non fat and loose the sugar, IT WILL TAKE TIME to get used to. Frapaccino lover? Try it with no whip and light it’s just as good. I may I recommend a chai tea latte with soy milk as a sweet treat instead?

7. Do you have a furry friend? Take the little one to the park for a picnic and after go for a jog or play fetch for an hour.

8. Stairs? Got em? GOOD! USE THEM. In france we would rather walk up 4 flights of stairs than have to wait for the elevator and we have some great legs from that. So don’t be lazy get hiking up those stairs firm the bum and get amazing legs.

9. Drink a cup of heated water in the morning with a squeeze of lemon, it detox s your body and wakes you up.

10. Banana’s are the ultimate breakfast food! Did you not here of the Japanese banana diet?

11. Having a small cup of soup before a meal can help fill you up before you dig in to the main dish. Miso anyone?

12. People are addicted to food and certain types of food. I used to drink a pack of coke a day and since I stopped I don’t need it. Butter the same thing I started cooking with different kinds of oils and now I can’t bare the taste of butter. Find your naughty addiction and snap out of it.

13. Relax... when on a diet you should not keep thinking of what your next meal time is this can lead to a binge, relax do a home spa treatment, do some yoga, take your mind off it.

14. Be confident, you took a step to a better lifestyle I love to see women big or small that have a smile on their face and walk with their head up. Women are beautiful men love it!

Extra. Learn what your best features are and excensuate them! For example I chose my lips and legs.. I put a dash of red on the lips and a skirt to show of the legs. The point is we don’t want people to look at our flaws so we excensuate the amazing things we love about ourselves and draw the person into our perfections instead.
Example

Do you have beautiful skin? Add a glowing serum.
Hands? Some beautiful rings
Feet(I wish I had those)? Open toed shoes
Cheek bones? Blush or bronzer (please don’t go over kill on the make-up no one likes that)
Eyes? Color or some mascara?

Try and wear as little concealer as possible only use it on the pimples or a dab under the eyes because the more concealer you wear the older you look, love the youth!

    Great tips. :) Thankyou. I actually was grateful when I found out my dorm this semester was the 4th floor. I'll be getting a little bit more in having to dash up and down the steps. My goal is just to maintain at this point and maybe gain a few extra pounds. :P
