Tiny blisters after a work out. Anyone?

In the last week I've started getting tiny, fluid filled blisters from mid thigh to my ankles. They pop easily when I run my nail over them or when I shave. They are not red, don't hurt or itch. It only happens when I work up a good sweat, indoors or out. I've found a few articles on line that call it heat rash, sweat trapped under the skin.
I'm just dumbfounded because I've been killing it all summer and this just started last week. Anyone have any tips for prevention? I did my workout inside today (Insanity) and had a fan blasting me the whole time and I got more today than when I ran outside.

Are you taking a shower directly after your workouts? I understand that can help. Otherwise, try to make sure your clothing is pretty breathable.0

Did you recently get a little too much sun????
I ask this as I had the same thing last week...worked out with a fan on me....took off workout cloths and wham fluid under skin on my chest.....
I sunburned it the week before and it hadn't peeled yet...ran my nail across it...skin and fluid "sweat" gone...it was on my legs too btw.0 -
No recent sunburns. Clothing shouldn't be the issue since they only show up in uncovered areas. Showering immediately is not usually an option for me. I have to sneak in my workouts before my kiddo wakes, then it's breakfast and chores before showers.0

A full shower might not be an option, but maybe a quick (gentle) wipe down with a wet washcloth?0
