I dont think there are specific settings for you. Do you have any carb recommendations for a RD or your doc? Best thing is to weigh and track everything you eat. Learn what effects your sugar.2

I track everything I eat and use the carbs data to calculate insulin boluses, which is all I need on MDI. If you want to manage a pump or CGM, this is not the app for that.1
