It's Summer! Best shorts or skorts for big thighs?

I haven't worn shorts this year. They creep up my inner thighs! I'm 5'2, so if I get longer shorts I sometimes look like I'm trying to start a ska band. I want to be comfortable, but I also want to be cute.

What shorts agree with big thighs? Or, how do you cope to make it work?

    i love the plus size skorts from Ideology. I get them on Ebay, and pretty reasonably priced. They are long enough so I don't feel like my thighs are on display, but cute enough to wear to work or around town, as well as lounging at home. I have several!! I buy them on Ebay because I'm cheap :) I know I won't be in that size long as I've been working hard, so I don't want to invest a lot. Then I can sell them after!

    I also wear mostly bermuda type shorts, some soft fabrics, some more like denim. I feel confident in these.

    Old navy curvy cut in most of their jean shorts are good for not riding up.
