I am a disabled 63 year old male. I am new to this site. Does anyone know of any step counter that will keep track in MyFitnessPal? I now am doing well with my calories but I cannot show my daily steps to help show some weightloss.

If you have an Apple Watch OR carry an iPhone, you can sync either device to MFP and it will record steps.
Then it’s a matter of what activity level you set as to how it applies the steps.0 -
I don’t count steps, but do use MapMyWalk for tracking walks or bike rides. It syncs easily with MFP.0
