Which bathroom scales

I live in UK and want to get bathroom scales that will help with weight lose.

I've seen a few that have shattered and that's very scary.

So wanting to ask here for guidance and best.

Is there a cheap like £20 or less scales that can help me?

    My glass digital bathroom scales from John Lewis were about that price, batteries last for ages and it was proven to be very accurate when tested against a calibrated set of scales in a sports science lab.
