I've downloaded myfitnesspal app so I can macro track more easily. However I agreed to 28day trial of tracking and then takes me to you trying to sell me premium tracking app, which I dont want. How do I access the initial macro tracking I thought I agreed to trying ???

You can track macros in the free version of the app. Premium just lets you choose specific amounts (in grams) or more precise percentages (in the free version it's per 5 percent).
There is no trial of macro tracking, there is only free MFP and premium. So either you still have the free app, or you're currently in your 28 day trial of premium.
You can view an analysis of your consumed foods in your diary (tap on the pie chart at the top) and in your goal settings you can adapt your desired macros, if you don't like the standard percentages.1
