Starting again at 52 after being a member for 11 years.

Calorie counting is my only success story. What’s your story??

    I'm slowly transitioning to a plant-based diet. I haven't eaten meat in over 25 years (I am 42) and I'm starting to veer towards veganism but I have a few things I haven't given up yet. I'm working on it. Calorie-counting is the only thing that's worked for me! As long as I'm consistent with tracking, I can lose or at least maintain.
    I was using Sparkpeople but just switched over.

    Hey, sending you a friend request. I'm a 60 year old mostly vegan (I cheat on eggs and dairy on occasion but normally eat vegan whole foods plant based). I lost most of my weight her 6 years ago but think as my figure changes I'd better take a little more off, and also I just like the company here!
