NSV - Able to wear son's sweatshirt!!!

Had an awesome weekend and an awesome NSV as well. Went sailing on my brother's sailboat with my 2 sons. Picked up my 26yo always athletic / fit youngest son to go and he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt which reminded me that it can get cool and breezy out on Lake Michigan in the summer though the temps were suppose to be great. He said he could grab one of his XL Sweatshirts and I tried it on and IT FIT!!!!! Hard to believe I can now wear some of the same sizes as him. That would have never happened back in January when I was wearing 4X sizes. So excited to be in XL sizes in a lot of things now and feeling amazing and healthy.
(NSV - non scale victory for any newbies reading this - it took me a while to figure out what it meant, so here's your clue. lol)
