Help changing birthday

Hi fitness friends. I just created a new profile and I accidentally put the wrong bday. My profile says that I’m 34 but I’m really 44. I can’t figure out how to change that.
Also, some of my pictures turn sideways when I upload them. Any tips on how to keep that from happening?

On the app, you can go to Settings and then Profile to change your birthday.1
