I had a miscarriage shortly after finding out i was pregnant nearly 2 weeks ago, i turned to food to comfort myself, i only gained 3lbs and have lost 2lbs of that, although mentally i am feeling better, i still find myself wanting to eat junk food and unnecessarily snack, i am doing well not to so far but it is becoming a little over bearing. I want to continue losing weight so that when i feel ready to try again, my periods will be regular and my body will be healthy enough to make a home for my baby.
So any tips on how i could control this would be great x

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. It is quite difficult to focus on yourself sometimes, this is one of those times. Would it be possible to do a step-by-step plan, focus on one thing every day until you are in a healthy habit? Like, today you will avoid snacking on baked goods, tomorrow you will avoid snacking on anything not a vegetable, the next day you will focus on doing a full hour of (exercise of choice) and repeat the process week after week until it is a habit?0
