Where is the pain located in your knee?0

Without more information it's hard to say what the cause is (sometimes it's just a matter of trying to do too much, too soon, too fast)
Here are some articles that may give you some ideas.....

It could be form, it could be muscular imbalances, it could be your shoes.....
If you are experiencing pain, even if your dr says it's nothing, don't ignore it. If your doc keeps giving you the brushoff ask for a referral to a sports medicine specialist (a lot of GPs know 2/3 of nothing about sports injuries)0 -
IME knee pain is due to one of two things: old shoes that need to be replaced or, more likely, bad form. Pay attention to your stride and posture, especially where you strike on your foot, and make sure you are not heel striking. There are a number of videos on You Tube that demonstrate proper running form and technique.

bumping to save this info for later, thanks.0 -
Is your form correct? Someone noticed I walk and run with my toes pointed out so I've been trying to correct this. Are your shoes appropriate running shoes for your feet? You need a really good pair of shoes to run.0

How long have you been running?
I ran for almost 2 years without any knee or leg pain, then all of a sudden last October, my left knee started hurting (and not even during a run). Turns out my knee cap wasn't tracking properly due to muscle imbalance and tight IT band. It screwed up the cartilage under my knee cap so now I'm done running because of it. Wish my body had given me a warning ahead of time.
Stretch stretch stretch and strength train your leg muscles, particularly the ones not associated with running, like the VMO.0 -
Form of running??? Is there a form of running .. How do i knw what is the correct form?
The pain in right in the center of the knee.. There is no swelling at all...
Shoes might be a reason.. i will change by shoes today...
I ran today with a knee cap and didnt feel any pain but somehow couldnt pick up much speed and ran only 4 kms .. Didnt want to exert my knee till i dont knw what is the exact reason..0 -
