Hello!

Hi, I am 51 and 74 kg. I used to weigh 57 kilos, then gained a lot of weight due to several reasons: medication, shoulder accident, foot accident, hormonal imbalance due to Menopause and all that comes with it, loss of correct eating habits, inactive lifestyle as a further result of all of this and because I've been working in front of a computer for the past year.
I haven't been able to stick to a diet or an exercise plan.
This app is really great and is helping me regain consciousness of what correct eating habits are!
I hope to meet other people who might be going through the same things and help each other along.
