Gaining....Muscle?

It is official, I have gained 10 pounds since last fall after an initial weight loss of over 20 pounds...Sigh, yet I am running and biking faster than ever, lifting heavier than ever. I know, I know, everyone is going to tell me that it is muscle. I think it might be, at least some of it, 1 1/4 inches on my thighs and 1/2 inch on my hip (buttocks)...That still does not make me feel super happy and feminine. So I went searching for information and what I have found is 'bulk up, cycle down'. Clearly I've 'bulked up' and now next 2-3 weeks, I am cycling down on the body fat percentage. So back to low carb for me. I want my 18% body fat back! #stayingstrongandsexy
