I was active here about 7 years ago when I lost over a hundred pounds. Since then I gained it back over a five year period, then started losing it again. My recent loss attempt has been very successful (99 pounds), but I am going back here to look for more motivation and support to keep going and maintain.

Looking for some friends for encouragement and inspiration.
