Hi,
I recently quit smoking which of course made me turn to food.
I joined a Bikram Yoga studio in hopes of dropping the pounds quickly. They did start melting off but I havent been paying enough attention to my calorie intake, so more sweaty yoga I did the more I ate.
I did manage to drop 5 pounds in a month, but I think I can do better eating properly and more nutritiously.
Im really enojoying myfitnesspal...Love reading all the success stories :)
Hope to make some friends here

Thank you.....I feel very proud of it...just wish I had started MFP earlier so I could have added it to my total loss...
    It's depressing looking at 0 pounds lost...heh
